1. Do you think there are differences between different countries and different jurisdictions in the impact of the access to publicity on the respect of the privacy the right to privacy?
Yes. Certainly, because in countries are different systems, a title system or deed system that is a difference, and very important in our system is that we have a third party protection so the third parties you have to investigate the legal property. I also think that maybe it is a cultural difference because of the Netherlands the culture is an openness and transparency and in other countries it is very different so it is also important.
